Elindo Avastia is a multi-hyphenate creative. He began his career on stage as a musical theatre performer, but quickly expanded his skillset to include television hosting, content creation, directing, photography, videography, and branding. He knows what it takes to shine in the spotlight and how to design everything behind the scenes to make that moment possible.

From acting and singing to hosting national TV shows and starring in musicals across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, Elindo has always been driven by creativity in every form. Alongside his stage work, he developed himself as a director of music videos and YouTube formats, a photographer capturing talent at their best, and a creative strategist who builds websites, brands and campaigns. His work as a content creator has led him to collaborate with global companies and independent artists alike, always with a focus on authenticity, clarity and creativity.

At Act3 Talent Studio, Elindo leads the creative direction of the company. As Head of Branding & Development, he helps performers define their story, amplify their presence, and build a professional and consistent identity. Whether it’s visual content, strategic coaching or personal storytelling, Elindo guides talents toward a brand that feels true and stands out.
